About Two Paths

Co-parenting tools & expert support

What is Two Paths?

Two Paths is a co-parenting app designed to reduce conflict between separated parents. It combines a shared custody calendar, message insight, expense tracking, and 1:1 access to a real person, all in one place.

Two Paths is also built for the professionals who serve separated families. Family law attorneys, mediators, custody evaluators, and parenting coordinators can rely on Two Paths for clean, court-grade exports of communication histories, custody schedules, expense records, and documentation. Every interaction in the app is timestamped, organized, and ready to submit, so the parents you represent arrive in mediation or court with the evidence already prepared, the conflict already de-escalated through Message Insight, and the burden on your practice reduced.

Whether you're dealing with a difficult co-parent, navigating a custody schedule, or just trying to keep things civil for your kids, Two Paths gives you the tools and guidance to handle it.

The app also provides AI-powered guidance for other types of conflict including work, romantic relationships, family, parenting, and divorce, so it's useful beyond just co-parenting.

Who Built Two Paths?

Cindy Weathers, LMFT

Cindy Weathers, LMFT

Co-Founder & Licensed Therapist

Cindy is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with extensive experience in high-conflict co-parenting, family dynamics, and interpersonal conflict. She leads the Two Paths team and is available for 1:1 video sessions when users need more than what the app provides on its own. Her background in family therapy informs the framework behind every response the app generates.

Marc Aaron Jacobs

Marc Aaron Jacobs

Co-Founder

Marc is a builder at heart, with years of experience designing and launching digital products that people actually use. He also brings a personal understanding of high-conflict separation, divorce, and co-parenting, shaped by years of real-world experience and extensive work with multiple therapeutic modalities. That combination of technical skill and lived experience gave him a clear-eyed view of what co-parents actually need. Two Paths is his answer to that. Marc is also available for 40-minute 1:1 sessions: peer mentoring from lived experience, not therapy.

“We built Two Paths because co-parenting tools were clunky, overpriced, and didn't help reduce conflict. We wanted to build something that actually helps: practical tools for the day-to-day, and real clinical expertise when it matters most.”

How It Works

1

Set up your custody schedule. Choose a pattern (every other week, 2-2-3, 5-2, or custom) and set your start date. The calendar shows whose day it is at a glance.

2

Invite your co-parent. Once connected, you share a calendar, expenses, events, handoff notes, and more. Changes to the schedule require mutual approval.

3

Use the tools you need. Analyze a confusing message, log an expense, document a handoff, or get AI-powered guidance when you don't know what to say.

4

Book a 1:1 session when you need it. For situations that need more than software, schedule a 40-minute video session with Cindy Weathers, LMFT, or a 40-minute session with co-founder Marc Aaron Jacobs. Bring the hardest thing in your co-parenting life and leave with a plan.

About 1:1 Sessions

Two Paths offers two kinds of 1:1 video session. You can book either one on any plan, and plenty of people do both.

Cindy Weathers, LMFT has extensive expertise navigating real-world conflict across families, co-parenting relationships, and high-stakes interpersonal situations. A 40-minute session is one-on-one coaching. You bring the hardest thing in your co-parenting life, and you leave with a plan, the words to say it, and someone in your corner who has worked with hundreds of high-conflict cases.

Marc Aaron Jacobs, who co-founded Two Paths, has been through the divorce, the custody schedule, and the message you cannot send. A 40-minute session is peer mentoring: you tell him what is going on and he gives you his honest read, from someone who has lived it. Marc is not a licensed therapist or an attorney, and these sessions are not therapy, counseling, or legal advice.

Neither session is therapy, and neither is advice. They are focused conversations, designed to help you pause, see clearly, and avoid making the situation worse.
