For attorneys & mediators
Specify Two Paths in your parenting plans
Ready-to-paste clause language for parenting plans and mediated agreements, backed by court-grade, unalterable records. Name a co-parenting communication platform in seconds.
These clauses are starting templates for licensed attorneys and mediators to adapt to the case and the rules of their jurisdiction. They are not legal advice.
Why name a single platform in the plan
When a parenting plan or agreement names one platform for communication, schedules, and records, the most common sources of post-judgment conflict get smaller. There is one channel of record, one calendar both parents see, and a documented trail when something is disputed. For high-conflict cases, that structure is often the difference between a quiet file and a steady stream of he-said-she-said.
Two Paths gives you the language to specify it and the records to support it. Copy a clause below, adapt it to your case, and you have added a co-parenting communication tool to the plan in under a minute.
Copy-and-paste clause language
Three options by case type. Each is one paragraph, ready to drop into a parenting plan or mediated agreement.
Basic — communication only
Low-conflict cases. Names Two Paths as the channel of record for co-parenting communication.
Co-Parenting Communication. The parties shall conduct all non-emergency communication regarding the minor child(ren) through the Two Paths co-parenting application (twopaths.app). Each party shall create and maintain an active account and shall communicate in a respectful, child-focused manner. Communication conducted through the application shall constitute the official record of co-parenting communication between the parties.
High-conflict — records preservation
Contested or high-conflict cases where an unalterable, court-admissible record matters.
Communication and Recordkeeping. All communication between the parties concerning the minor child(ren) shall occur exclusively through the Two Paths application, which maintains a timestamped, unalterable record of all messages. Neither party shall delete, alter, or attempt to circumvent the application's records. Either party may produce the application's exported records, including its verified PDF audit trail, as documentation in any proceeding concerning the child(ren).
Comprehensive — communication, schedule, and expenses
Full co-parenting structure. Specifies the platform for communication, the parenting-time calendar, and shared expenses, with court-grade records.
Co-Parenting Platform. The parties shall use the Two Paths application (twopaths.app) as their primary platform for (a) all non-emergency communication regarding the child(ren), (b) maintaining the shared parenting-time calendar and documenting any schedule deviations, and (c) logging and reconciling shared child-related expenses. To ensure the availability of court-grade records, each party shall maintain an active account at the Court-Ready level. The application's exported Complete Court Record may be submitted as documentation in any related proceeding.
Why the records hold up
Before you name an app in a binding document, you need to know the records will stand. Two Paths preserves every message, expense entry, schedule change, and handoff as a timestamped, unalterable record. Private features stay private; shared communication stays shared.
- ✓Timestamped, unalterable message and activity records
- ✓Complete Court Record bundle: messages, expense ledgers with attribution, GPS-verified handoffs, schedule deviations, and journal entries in one export
- ✓Verified PDF audit trail with cryptographic authentication metadata, designed to be difficult to challenge as altered
- ✓Private journal and individual LMFT consultations are never visible to the other party
The Complete Court Record bundle and verified PDF audit trail are part of the Court-Ready tier ($24.99/month). If your clause anticipates producing records in a proceeding, specify the Court-Ready level so the export is available to both parties.

How is this different from OurFamilyWizard or TalkingParents?
Two Paths produces the same category of court-grade, unalterable records, and adds two things those tools do not: AI message tools that help a parent de-escalate before they send, and access to Cindy Weathers, LMFT, and her team for one-on-one support when a situation needs more than software. Premium is $14.99 per month and Court-Ready is $24.99 per month.
